Partner Program Rules

Clear rules for referrals, commissions and payouts

These rules summarize how InkLinka handles partner eligibility, commissions, credits and cash payouts. They work together with the InkLinka Referral Partner Agreement.

Eligible referrals

A referred customer must be tracked through an InkLinka referral link, promo code or approved campaign.
Only valid paying customers can generate commission.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent signups and misleading promotions are not eligible.

Commission basis

Commission is calculated from actual net subscription revenue received by InkLinka from eligible referred customers.
Free trials, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, credits, taxes and invalid referrals are excluded.
Commission rates and periods depend on the partner level or approved individual arrangement.

Payouts and credits

InkLinka Credits may be used inside InkLinka according to applicable program rules.
Cash payouts require completed payout setup and a minimum payable balance of EUR 100.
InkLinka may generate referral commission statements for accounting and payout documentation.

Partner levels

InkLinka Partner is the starting level for approved program participants.
InkLinka Pro Partner can be reached after 3+ paying customers.
InkLinka Strategic Partner requires manual approval for suppliers, schools, conventions, media or strong regional channels.

Brand and promotion

Partners may promote InkLinka honestly and accurately.
Paid ads using InkLinka brand terms require prior approval.
Partners must not promise results, impersonate InkLinka or misrepresent pricing, features or program terms.

Adjustments

Refunds, chargebacks, payment errors or fraud reviews may cancel or reverse related commissions.
Program terms may be updated prospectively unless changes are required for fraud, chargebacks, refunds, errors, legal or compliance reasons.
Displayed commissions are not automatically payable until validated, approved and eligible for payout.

Partner commissions are subject to the InkLinka Referral Partner Agreement and Partner Program Rules. InkLinka Credits are not cash and may be used only according to applicable program rules.
